How long does it take?
The questionnaire takes 35 to 40 minutes. We reply within 24 hours. Once you have paid, we aim to deliver within 5 working days.
What if my council wants something different?
Tell us in the questionnaire if your council has said it wants something specific. We use your council’s published checklist where we can get one. If your council changes its requirements after delivery, or your facts change, that is not covered by the corrections round, but email us and we will tell you what it would cost.
Will you submit the application for me?
No. We give you the draft pack and you submit it to your council.
Will I definitely get a licence?
We can’t promise that. Your council makes the decision, and we don’t offer refunds based on what it decides.
What if I change my mind?
If you cancel within 14 days of paying and we haven’t started drafting, we refund you in full. If we have started but not delivered, you pay for the work done so far and we refund the rest. Once we have delivered the full pack, you can’t cancel for a change of mind. If we can’t produce a pack from your answers, we refund you in full. The terms of service have the detail.
What happens to my answers?
We use software to help prepare the draft. Your name, email address and council are removed before your answers go into it. We delete your answers within 30 days of sending your pack. Emails and packs are kept for 12 months. The privacy notice has the full list.
Is the pack legal advice?
No. It is a draft written from your own answers. Read it carefully and check it against your own situation and your council’s requirements before you submit.
Do I need to live in England?
Yes. The pack is for dog home boarding and day care licences in England only.
