- Fill in the questionnaire. It takes 35 to 40 minutes, it is free, and it does not commit you to anything.
- We review your answers. We reply within 24 hours. If we can’t produce a pack from your answers, we tell you rather than take your money.
- You pay. If everything looks fine, we send you a payment link. Payment is by card or digital wallet.
- We draft and check your pack. If we need to ask you anything, we will email you.
- We deliver it. We email you the finished pack as a Word document. We aim to deliver within 5 working days of payment. You then have 14 days to ask for one round of corrections.
Is this right for you?
The questionnaire starts with five quick checks. Home boarding licences in England are aimed at people who:
- live in England;
- will look after all dogs inside their own home, not in outbuildings, kennels or business premises;
- have their own entrance that is not shared with other homes;
- have direct outside space that is not shared and is not a balcony.
The fifth check asks whether you expect to earn more than £1,000 a year from boarding. If your income stays below the HMRC trading allowance you may not need a licence, so please ask your council before going further. If any answer is a No, your home may not qualify, so check with your council before you start.
What we don’t do
- We’re not your council, Defra or a law firm, and we’re not connected to any of them. The pack is not legal advice.
- We don’t submit your application or deal with your council for you.
- We can’t promise that your council will grant a licence, or how long it will take. The council decides.
- We don’t inspect your home or check that your answers are true.
